I consider it a blessing to communicate my passion of art onto canvas to share with others the beauty that exists in our lives. I draw my inspiration from God’s creation in nature, especially flowers. My paintings strive to capture all the beautiful colors I observe. I am constantly evolving and experimenting in new techniques, which pushes me out of my comfort zone and makes me grow as an artist. I have enjoyed painting series of different subjects: waterlilies, flower markets, swimming pools and recently gardens and wild flowers.
My work explores a variety of media, including oil painting, watercolor, drawing, collage and photography, often referencing the beauty of nature and my appreciation of the awesome places in which I live and visit. I enjoy painting on location, plein air, and also in my studio from photographs I take.
