Artist Statement:

Art has been my passion since I was a young girl, and I always loved creating things. My work explores a variety of media, including oil painting, watercolor, drawing, collage and photography, often referencing the beauty of nature and my appreciation of the awesome places in which I live and visit. I enjoy painting on location, plein air, and also in my studio from photographs I take. I believe that nature speaks to everyone who listens; I strive to translate what I see through color and light to engaging art that people can enjoy.
