Diane O'Connell, an award winning artist, started painting over 30 years ago while living at Lake Tahoe. This is where she was accepted into her first juried exhibit which started her art career. She has since exhibited and won many awards at galleries throughout California and internationally.

Diane enjoys working in different mediums, but has recently focused on oil painting. She has shown her work at the Michael Seewald Gallery, Solana Beach Library, La Costa Resort and El Camino Country Club with the Sargent Art Group. Her work has been accepted in juried exhibitions at Tahoe Arts Festival, Art Beat on Main Street, COAL Gallery, NCFAS (North County Fine Arts Society),  Front Porch Gallery, San Diego County Fair, Debra Huse Gallery on Balboa Island, Encinitas Civic Center, Oceanside Museum of Art, Fallbrook Art Guild and the Cannon Art Gallery Juried Biennial in Carlsbad.
